BEARS MAKE NATIONAL CLASSIC HISTORY!!
Our Norths Bears U18 Girls Black made history by being the first ever Norths Bears Representative Girls team to win the event and ending a 16-year National Classic Championship drought with our only previous champions being the 2007 U16 Boys.
Norths took down a talented Sandringham Sabres side 62-49 in front of a packed-out State Basketball Centre and became 2023 National Junior Classic champions!
Also, a massive shout out to Emilie Bessell on being named Grand Final MVP after an amazing performance!
